I rarely have time to write reviews and i would only consider if i was extremely moved by a particular service. Eddie Borgen is the epitome of getting it done. We were really against all odds. We wanted to sell our townhome in VA before closing on a new property in GA. Mind you, November is really a buyers market due to the low demand so selling the VA house in less than 30 days was going to be extremely challenging. First of all Eddie was very honest and shared that reality, secondly he said in order to do this we must price right and present the best possible product to attract buyers. We went back and forth on the pricing and we came to an agreement. He hired an incredible professional photographer who reflected the upgrades in our home in the most attractive way via pictures. Eddie even suggested how pictures should be posted. I never knew real estate was a science until now. I kid you not we posted and priced on a Friday evening and by Sunday we had over 15 views and two contract offers. That was not it. The demand on our property started a bidding war in an unlikely time to sell. We ended up getting 2500 more on the property. I just marveled at the way this guy surgically sold our property. We closed right before thanksgiving with 15 days to spare on the closing of the new home.
