Eddie helped us buy our first home, and he was fantastic to work with. Since we were first-time home buyers, he talked us through every step of the process so that we never felt overwhelmed or confused. He responded quickly to our many many questions, kept us up to date when new houses that met our criteria went on the market, and gave us valuable insight into some of the things we should be looking out for during tours (e.g., age of the water heater, hvac, and roof). We've heard that realtors are supposed to be pushy, but we never felt like Eddie was trying to talk us into making an offer we weren't on board with. Instead, he was all about getting us into a house we were happy with. When we found that house, he also talked us through the whole contract process, helped us stay on track with deadlines, and was with us all the way through closing.
